Immerso in una natura accogliente, nel cuore della verde Umbria, un nuovo evento Synthonia dalle 16.00 fino alla notte con performance live ambient, djset groovy e un ospite speciale: Verraco (Colombia).

DJ e produttore colombiano, Verraco è un vero e proprio innovatore della musica elettronica contemporanea. Sia nelle sue produzioni che nei suoi set confluiscono techno, tribale di influenza latina, iperelettronica, IDM accuratamente realizzata e tecnologia dembow-bass all’avanguardia. È anche uno dei co-fondatori di TraTraTrax, etichetta che negli ultimi anni è diventata una piattaforma fondamentale per esplorare i suoni latini. Nel 2020 ha pubblicato il suo album di debutto, “Grial”, mentre è del 2023 il già considerato futuro classico “Escándaloo”, EP uscito su VOAM. Nel 2024 debutta sulla celebre etichetta Timedance di Bristol con “Breathe… Godspeed”: acclamato all’unanimità dalla stampa, l’EP è stato inserito da Pitchfork come Best New Music e descritto dal giornalista Philip Sherburne come “un disco essenziale per l’avanguardia della musica dance”. Ha presentato il suo stile dinamico a festival come Draaimolen, Berlin Atonal e Dekmantel. Venerdì 19 luglio porterà il suo sound per uno speciale evento Synthonia presso El Chiringuito di Monteluco (Spoleto).

Surrounded by stunning nature in the heart of green Umbria, a new Synthonia event from 4pm till night with ambient live performances, groovy djsets and very special guest Verraco from Colombia.

VERRACO (Colombia)

Colombian DJ and producer, Verraco is a true innovator of contemporary electronic music. Techno, Latin-influenced tribal, hyper-electronica, carefully crafted IDM and cutting-edge dembow-bass technology all come together in his productions and sets. He is also one of the co-founders of TraTraTrax, a label that has become a key platform for exploring Latin sounds in recent years. In 2020 he released his debut album, ‘Grial’, and in 2023 the already considered future classic ‘Escándaloo’, an EP released on VOAM. In 2024, he debuted on Bristol’s famous Timedance label with ‘Breathe… Godspeed’: unanimously acclaimed by the press, the EP was listed by Pitchfork as Best New Music and described by journalist Philip Sherburne as ‘an essential record for the avant-garde of dance music’. He has presented his dynamic style at festivals such as Draaimolen, Berlin Atonal and Dekmantel. On Friday 19 July he will bring his sound to a special Synthonia event at El Chiringuito in Monteluco (Spoleto).
