DJ/produttore, artista e scrittore, nel 2004 ha fondato l’etichetta discografica Hyperdub e nel 2019 la sotto-etichetta Flatlines, per concentrarsi sui saggi audio e la narrativa sonora. Ha registrato 5 album, 2 con il defunto vocalist The Spaceape; Memories of Future (2006) e Black Sun (2010), e 3 album da solista, Nothing (2015), Escapology (2022) e Astro-Darien (2023). Ha compilato 4 compilation di DJ mix, Dubstep Allstars vol.3 (Tempa 2006), DJ Kicks (K7 2011) e Rinse 22 (Rinse 2013), e nel 2018, Fabric 100 con Burial. Oltre che per la sua etichetta discografica Hyperdub, ha pubblicato brani per la Rephlex di Aphex Twin, Soul Jazz, Rinse, Fabric e Lapsus e ha remixato per il videogioco Wipeout e per artisti come Mr. Fingers, Lee Scratch Perry, the Junior Boys, Battles, Dabrye/MF Doom e Burial tra gli altri. Dal 2017 ha co-curato la serie di eventi mensili di arte sperimentale/club Hyperdub Ø nel sud di Londra. Ha prodotto numerose installazioni e i suoi progetti sonori sono stati presentati anche come parte della commissione Hyundai alla Tate Modern (2018) e al Barbican “AI: More than Human” a Londra (2019). Al Dancity Winter Festival 2024 presenterà in prima italiana “Escapology A/V live”, progetto che fonde musica elettronica e visual art. Oltre al live presenterà il suo libro “Guerra Sonora” in un incontro condotto dal docente universitario Tiziano Bonini, e “Astro-Darien”, film che esplora narrazioni speculative attraverso un connubio di suono e immagine.

At Dancity Winter Festival 2024, he will present the Italian premiere of ‘Escapology A/V live’, a project that fuses electronic music and visual art. In addition to the live performance, he will present his book ‘Guerra Sonora’ in a meeting led by university lecturer Tiziano Bonini, and ‘Astro-Darien’, a film that explores speculative narratives through a combination of sound and image.
